MyGainplan 1.0.0
This is the first stable release of MyGainplan. It includes the following features:
Guided Workouts
- You can either train with your own or other peoples workouts
- MyGainplan helps you keep track of your progress
- Timers in your workouts and breaks guide you through your training
Workout Creation
- You can create your own workouts with the following elements:
- Exercises (with description and/or hints)
- Sets
- Repetitions
- Rounds
- Rest times
Online features
- You can upload your workouts to your profile to access them from anywhere
- With that, you can also share your workouts with others
- You can browse and use other peoples workouts that fit exactly to your needs
- Workouts can be filtered by the following categories:
- Equipment: Home, gym or calisthenics
- Muscle group: Full body, Push, Pull, Legs, Core, Abs, Arms, Chest, Back or Shoulders
- Training type: Strength, Stamina or Flexibility
- Duration
- You can follow other users and like/dislike public workouts
Training plans
- You can add your own or public workouts to your weekly training plan
- MyGainplan reminds you to train on the days you specified
Workout Tracking
- You can display your workout history as a calendar to see your progress and consistency
- History entries get added automatically when you finish a workout, but you can also add them manually if you forgot to train with MyGainplan
- If you accidentally added a workout, you can delete it from your history afterwards
